Suzanna Lacey - Acting Supervisor Operational and Technical Support
My name is Suzanna, & my job title is Acting Supervisor - Operational & Technical Support. I joined the company in March 2013 within the Admin team, progressing to the total loss team a couple of years later, & then to the role of Total Loss Team Leader. In 2020 I progressed to Technical Support & more recently in August 2023 moved to my current role. I have a degree in Computing Management with Web Based Systems, & in my final year my parents moved to France resulting in several trips a year to go and visit them. Outside of work I enjoy Motorsport, which I have followed since I can remember, & in my spare time I enjoy building Lego models, spending time in the garden, reading along with playing computer games.

I live in Swadlincote with my 8-year-old son Freddy and Goldfish Goldie. I am all about my family and lunches with the girls.
Tia Mole - Admin Advisor
My name is Tia and the department I specify in at Tec Reports is Admin Advisor. I have been working for Tec Reports since January 2023. Outside of work: I love spending time with my partner, and our 2 pups Lola and Teddy. The four of us are very adventurous, we all love walks and never say no to exploring the outside world. We also have our go-to drive-thru which is of course Starbucks - I believe the dogs get more excited than us humans!

I love discovering myself so I spend most of my time learning about astrology, human design and psychology. I also dabble in witchcraft so would be able to read your future through tarot.
