As a Customer Care Handler, you will be arranging vehicle inspections, coordinating our field engineers & responding to customer queries via telephone & email, Negotiating with customers regarding there vehicle status whilst providing a great experience for customers and taking ownership of their queries. We are looking for those with great energy and strong customer service experience.

- Strong active listening skills
- Proactive in your approach to work
- Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload
- Natural ability to lead conversations and objection handle
- High attention to detail
- Great PC skills, and the ability to navigate multiple systems competently, with ease
- A good consistent typing speed, the ability to talk & type. (training given)
Working hours will be between 9am - 6pm, Monday to Friday.
